You'll never know what you may find??

Should this museum spark an interest to purchase something Manilow related?? Then...

As a collector of Manilow related material, Star Trek TOS collectibles, I find that at times I find stuff on Amazon!  So, if you are a collector like me, then I recommend utilizing all the internet offers to search for those rare and unique items!  :)

A set of 4

For Andy Williams it was Moon River, for Tony Bennett, it was I Left My Heart in SanFransisco, For Barbara it was People, for Maureen McGovern it was glorious theme to Superman, and now you'd have to say that Manilow's is MANDY! Ultimately, this song would have gone nowhere had it not been for the arranging and manipulation Barry so brilliantly did to this song by Scott English. I really never get tired of this song, the piano intro Barry does in the Box Set and Then Some cd's I actually almost prefer... more touching!

One of those fan club items.

A promotional item, one of many through the years!

Here's Copa, in one of its many forms!

Okay, so it has almost been 25 years since Copa the musical hit the tv airwaves. If memory serves, it was in October of 1985! Where did the time go? I'll have to break out the Copa cd and take a listen, it's been a while.

Manilow Magic

Sort of a rare cassette. Doesn't appear much online. But, here it is!

Barry really is a great fit in VEGAS!

Some of the best concerts (as far as sound) and voice for Manilow really were in the 1990's when he was at the Paris and Mandalay Bay... intimate and top notch...and it seemed in those days he wasn't so limited to just 80-90mins.... now the concerts seem a bit more tight on time. His catalog demands at least 20mins more...easy to say I know.... This "What's On" is a spring 2010 edition.

Take That Donna Summer! :)

COULD it be?
A great song in just about any rendition!

The package deal!

This is one of those items that if you don't buy it, you'll never find it again to add to one's collection...so I spent the nearly 30 dollars to get it! Still sealed and it will stay that way. Just realized that is was a year ago when Michael Jackson passed away... I was doing some tile work for a co-worker, when a friend took the time to call me and tell me that MJ was gone. Still one of the BEST and timeless albums of all time...both Off the Wall and especially THRILLER! Rip my friend!

I remember when...

I got this back in 1985, I believe I special ordered it from some record club at the time... long before internet... I think I listened to it once or twice... Barry does a convincing job of singing in other languages... I'm here to tell you, that's no easy task! :)

On the Cover!

Fun Photo!

From Entertainment Weekly I think.... About the time Rolling Stone named him the Showman of Our Generation! :)

A Quadraphonic Find! GREAT song and album for sure!

This came along with a 16x20 poster as well!

Cool Collectible!

A recent find on Ebay!

Great collectible for a great album!

Only for the Blu-Ray's

I've kept this cd sealed, but I am curious as to how it really sounds. I'm certainly a fan of the Blu-Ray and find it works well for movies... will the strength and clarity come through in this cd? One day I'll by a used one and see. Until then, it rests as part of my collection. :)

Yep, gotta have a sense of humor!

One of many posters

Now, one in color!

All about contrast

Two great B/W shots! Not
really much more to say.

Yet another CD single

A recent CD single, but rather rare...not many were produced, and certainly even fewer out there for sale.

Bobble Heads...what next??

The likeness is wavering a bit, but still a nice collectible nonetheless. Considering it is still in the packaging...not bobbling here. :(

Hollywood Walk of Fame Cards!

This was a small item that I had no idea existed...but it makes perfect sense, so I bought some! Added these about 4 months ago to my collection! :) They are in AWESOME condition! The one item I'm still on the search for is a promotional poster from the early 1980's that Manilow posed for Yamaha Piano's. I remember seeing the poster in a sheet music store in Salem, Oregon over 25 years ago... and now I've never seen it since. Let me know if you've seen it! THANKS!

Duo pack! All about the marketing!

Sealed for all time!

A flex record!

An import that caught my eye! Early 80's. Couldn't resist! Not an RCA creation, but thought it looked better in red! :)

1976!

A postcard circa 1976. Given to me by my dear friend CJ. She had this, as she was a huge fan back then...it was part of her music memorbilia, and she graciously let me have it! Added this to my collection about 12 years ago! :) The good news is, she is still a HUGE fan!

Single CD's, they ROCK!

Without the help of the internet, how could one find something like this?? A great find!

One of about a dozen books about Manilow

Over the past 35 years, there have been about a dozen books published. Some from the USA, a few imports as well. Some more rare than others...

Before there was internet...

A fun collectible, and the challenge before the internet came along, was finding collectibles like this one. Any collector of Manilow material, must have this one in their collection for sure! Now days, you see this cover on Ebay. But, it is still rare to find a good-condition one. :)

One of the jewels of my collection!

The ultimate magazine for musicians, and one of his first interviews just prior to his Bell records release! Found this magazine about 15 years ago digging around an old book/magazine store in Portland, Oregon. This is rare in my book!

Here's the article.

Some of my collection contains random articles from newspapers and magazines... mostly just stuff I've run across over the years through subscriptions etc. Not all that noteworthy, but thought I would share it nonetheless. :)
